Anything you affirm in your conscious mind can be taking as a self suggestion by the subconscious mind. Like for example. There is a job you desire to have, but you think or feel that you are not good enough for the job. This is a self-suggestion that can be impressed onto your subconscious mind, and was done through wrong thinking, this will not help you get the job.

If you desire the job, then believe it is yours, imagine yourself having the job you want. Have confidence that you are good enough for the job. This is a better way of thinking that will help you get the job!
