Today many are suffering silently and openly with depression.
Why is that? Here in America, the greatest place in the world, but yet so many are suffering with depression.
What does all this mean? What are we doing wrong as a nation? Although I can’t give you an accurate answer, but what I can give you is my accurate opinion. I truly believe that the depression so many are now experiencing in their lives are connected to the way they think and believe about themselves and the world around them. Most depression are treated with medication that a Dr. prescribes, and other methods are non-conventional, such as meditation, affirmations, and prayer.
I’m no Dr. and I cannot guarantee that my recommendation will work, but I will say this, it will not hurt you to try it out. Most people have experienced success in beating depression using non-conventional methods.

These are some affirmations that will help you beat depression. Of course you can come up with your own affirmations that will be more tailored to you, but these affirmation are great to start with.
