Telekinesis The Power Of Mental Energy

If you want to learn how to do telekinesis, then read on. Almost everyone possesses the power if they will only learn to develop their skills. First let me explain what telekinesis really is. Telekinesis is the ability to use psychic power to literally move an object using the power of the mind. Mental rather than physical strength is required.
The first requirement is the ability to concentrate; this means concentrating on a deep level. Begin by finding a relaxing environment. Take some deep breaths to help clear your mind. When first starting, make concentration your only goal. Learn to concentrate before taking your ability to another level. Don’t expect immediate miracles. This is an art that requires practice.
Learning how to do telekinesis means developing the use of a part of your brain that is currently inactive. Much like exercise, practice will strengthen your mental ability. You are about to discover how much power your mind is capable of. Most people have no idea what can be done with the awesome power of the mind.
When you learn to concentrate then you are ready to go to the next step. Look for and feel the energy around you. It is there, you just have to find it. Explore that energy field. How does it feel, can you feel the strength? Keep doing this until you have a clear picture of the energy which is around you. Again, don’t expect immediate results, keep practicing until you are comfortable experiencing your energy field.
Now it is time to move on to that object. Start out with something small like a toothbrush or a pencil. Place that object in front of you so that you will be able to have a clear mental picture. Once you develop your skills you will be able to move objects that are further away.
With your object in front of you, close your eyes and picture that object in your mind. Get a clear picture of the object and the energy surrounding it. Now picture that object moving. Think of a place about a foot away and picture that object in that place. Concentrate on the object in the new area; picture the energy that is now around the object in its new location.
Now open your eyes and see where the object is. To your surprise, you might find the object is no longer where you originally placed it. If the object has not moved, don’t get discouraged. You don’t build muscle after one exercise session and the same goes for your brain. You must practice doing this daily if you want to develop your full potential.
Learning how to do telekinesis on this small level can lead to bigger results. As your brain develops strength, so will your telekinesis powers. That toothbrush will become a hairbrush. The power is limited only by you and your belief in yourself.
Keep in mind it might take years to reach your full potential. With continued dedication and practice you might find you can even raise a window with the amazing power of your mind. Once you learn how much power your mind actually has you will truly enjoy the enrichment this can bring to your life.

I’ve been practicing telekinesis for a long while, but not as constantly as I should. I can slightly move small objects and soda cans. It does take a lot of practice, and always meditate for a couple minutes before-hand until you get better. It’s easier for me anyway.

The best tip Devin to be honest with you is to believe in you inner powers…think about it…if I give you a fish…you will depend on me for the next one…nothing wrong with depending on me, but…if I teach you how to fish for yourself then you can give yourself a fish. I want to first start by letting you know that you have to first believe in yourself (G*D within), then you will understand external things…such as the manifistation of mind power…I hope this was helpful…oh, you can check out some of these cool tools on this site too that can help you improve your abilites.

I am very interested in these arts. I beleive strongly that i can induce or sway guest of winds slightly at my will. I have been trying to control it such as focusing on a leaf and trying to use air to move it. Most of the time i succeed but i guess the possiblity of concidence is always there. I would like to further my study into aerokinesis. I have tried telekinesis and only succeed when it is a light object (ex. match needle) suspended by string in my room. And i truly beleve that this was cause from movment of air. I dont expect a true master to teach me to knock over trees but i would like to get better and further understand this possible gift. i have recently started to learn telekinesis and i also started meditating to help me i gotta admit at first i couldnt concentrate enough with my meditating but now i have improved and about a week ago i focused on a small pencil and made it roll pretty easy but i beleive my potential is much bigger, i hope 1 day i could focus on a door and slam it shut, that is wat im focusing on now, closing doors

I have been practicing telekinesis for a few months now and I don’t know if this is normal or not, but later for the past few weeks went I have been practicing telekinesis I can see color around the object. I have been practicing with this little brush that cleans my braces and have recently been able to get it to shake. Also I would like to add that I meditate for about 20 minutes before I attempt to move the object. If there is a teacher or any advice that would help improve my telekinesis please let me know.

Alright well i have deja vu all the time and dreams of ppl i havent met yet. or dreams of things that havent happenned yet. I also have alot of experiences wit the paranormal. I was able to contact my cuzin that passed away. i dnt know how i did it but it hapenned. ive also had out of body experiences in which ive seen myslf sleeping and told myself to wake up. and i would. I think i closed a door wit my mind before too. i jsut remember seeing it open and thinking to myself (fuck i left the door open again) and it closed. and u ahve to close my door hard in order for it to really close. and it clsoed perfectly. i also seemk to witness UFOs and hear strange unhuman noises that noone else around me hears. i want to know if this means i have alot of potential in telekinesis. i jsut need some advice. plz.

anyway, at school the other day, the maths teacher was being annoying, and i was staring at a pencil, and all of a sudden it left the table and hit the teacher on the head, i didnt get in trouble because no1 saw me throw it, everyone saw the same thing, it was really wierd, and then at home i did it again and turned the light on with the pencil flying off the desk onto the switch, i was wundering if it might be telekinesis, or control over wood, because i havent managed to move anything other than pencils. if anyone has ides e-mail me at: ieuancardiff@gmail.com

Reading this reminds me of attempting to lucid dream. while I struggle to have one i feel more confident everyday.its been about a year an a half, still i havent experienced much.my dream recall is tremendous but yet no lucidity. Im not entirely sure which is more difficult being that the subconscious is a a big part of both these entities. im sad to say i will not be practicing TK since i strongly believe to continue with my lucid attempts. I’ve had no one to help me with my attempts as i believe its more of a self learning process. It feels like there is a path to follow with these unique powers but one must choose not follow others but to lead yourself. Sure teaching yourself something is difficult and sometimes frustrating but as long as you keep constant at what ever it is you want to achieve and never doubt the rewards you seek. i hope my rambling will open a few eyes because patients does and will prevail.

Elly has stated before, that telekinesis is something we all are born with. We have to cultivate the part of the brain that enables telekinesis. This can be done by commanding the sub-consious mind to connect this belief to the conscious mind. When this is done then telekinesis is possible.

if you are really committed to tk, then u really have to understand HOW it works. i recommend doing some research on it, then once you find that out, it becomes easier to understand and do. the thing is, i’m still debating whether tk is “mind over matter” or “energy to the object”.

Ok honestly most of you people are so full of shit! God be freaking realistic! Hi I’m Jan. I am 14 years old and I have taken a deep interest in telekinesis and exploring mental abilities. If anyone sees this then maybe whoever you are cananswer my question. When you are sitting in a quiet environment and you are practicing concentration. When I close my eyes I see colors floating, does this mean that I am focusing the “Right way” or do I need to fix something that I am doing. When I meditate I sit on my floor with complete silence and I cross my legs and I picture a single thought for a couple of minutes. someone please help me!
