Mind Power

Ok…well let’s be honest with ourselves…you’re not going to be in a mind power mood all the time! There’s going to be some days when you would like to just chill, relax, and do nothing…

I call it a small mind power vacation. The purpose of this article is to let you know that’s ok to take a day off or two on your own.

Ahh, noticed I said on your own. My opinion is if you don’t take the time out to do this on your own…well you will get burnt out.

Don’t wait for that burnt out feeling to come before you decide to take a mind power vacation.

Why? Well, from my own experience, I noticed I had more growth when I paced myself, as opposed to practicing my techniques non-stop.

Practicing non-stop worked against me. It never allowed anything to fully sink in. It’s was like eating without chewing my food properly. The information was not really being fully digested.

Soon after discovering this self defeating act…I immediately stopped and started doing it the right way…and I’m telling you the truth when I say it made a huge difference.

So it’s ok to take some time out and let your mind rest. Don’t over do it. Just do it with moderation and reward yourself the break!

Thanks for reading….
