To gain access to the power of your mind you have to train it. Don’t expect to simply close your eyes and have full mind power in five minutes on the first try. Just as you would train your body to run faster, so too must you train your mind for better results. With that said there are three things you must in order to gain better control of your mind power.

1.) Place yourself in an environment where you will be disturbed. Distractions can move you away from the technique. For many people it can be very hard getting into the right mental state so it is extremely important your environment be private, soothing and secure.

2.) You must follow your breathing. The right breathing technique can bring your mind into powerful relaxed state the ideal state to influence your mind for stronger influence. When the breathing is under control the body becomes in alignment with the mind.

3.) Music is another essential tool to control it your mind and bringing yourself into the deepest levels for maximum change. Think of what happens when you listen to certain rhythmus. You may find yourself immediately going into your imagination. It is a lot easier to remain within the field of your imagination while you are listening to music. Music has a way of taking your mind away from what is happening outside of yourself and drawing it to what is inside of yourself. The ideal preparation for use of music to develop your mind power is anything instrumental that does not have a lot of lyrics that would cause your mind to stray.
