Hi lareen,

Results varies…it all depends on your ability to believe. You can effect nothing with out first believing you can.

The next step is to set aside time specifically for this. For example if you choose everyday at 7am…then stick to that…you can achieve better results by being consistant.

hey there people. In case you are wondering wether this eye hypnosis works or not,it does work. i’ve been using this hypnosis for almost 3months and i can see the eye colour changing to blue. i have brown eyes. its amazing. all you have to do is BELIEVE, take time and have faith and yes just like submental said,consistant.

hi sir i have visited your website several times but only writing to you now i am a british asian girl if i buy your programme and follow to the letter will i have desired eye colour and another problem is that my mum has really poor eye sight and younger sister too she(mum) had laser eye surgery on one eye and now her eyesight has even weaker sight from that eye and she is naturally hesitant to do on other eye do you also sell eye sight

Hi. I was wondering if anyone could maybe tell me what color this will change my eyes?

I have no clue what this does or if it will change your eyes to the color you desire or
not.

I really would like my eyes to be a ice blue or gray blue. My eye very lightly has some blue in it in my right eye, but are green and brown also. I want my eyes to not be brown and green, just ice blue.

But I ask because I’m downloading the mp3. file that Jon has posted.

I downloaded the torrent from piratebay … just listened to it, it was really quite relaxing, and since it was free if it doesn’t work no harm no foul.

A few years ago I read in an Arthur C. Clarke book how it’s been shown that girls/women unhappy with their breast size could make it larger by a cup (sometimes two!) by imagining heavy, ripe fruit and that sort of thing. Kind of funny, but it really can work, you just have to use your imagination and focus intently for a half hour or an hour at least each day for awhile. Don’t give up! The mp3s make it much easier, obviously… guided imagery and all that.

I can think of no reason to believe eye color couldn’t work too, the same way. I’ll do it for 3 months and if there’s no change by then I’ll slack off a bit.

Blessed be this recording, I just got it this morning.

It’s only about 40 minutes long, though. It says here it is 60 minutes.

So do I listen to the same 40 minutes every day for at least 3 months?
I’ve had success with other hypnosis programs, I hope this one works as well.

I have amber eyes, would like lighter amber or hazel, I do not ask for much ^^

this is working. i strongly believe it works and for those of you that dont, look at my results. after one week my eyes have already gotten much lighter. the lighting is the same and im going for a nice green color.i will post pictures when i achieve the green:) wish me luck.

Yeah it’s working.

Here’s my story.

I’m 19, and back some months ago, i had brown eyes, very “Dark”.

Then, i seen some exercises about chaging eyes color, by meditation, visualization, hypnosis.

So i tried, and i wanted to get Blue eyes.
But it wasn’t a regular practice, i’ve done that several times per week.

Then, my eyes begin to change, the color begin to be Green !

Now, it’s sometimes Green, very light (especially in the morning), and sometimes Dark green, but the green is now always here.
There is also some “red” in the eyes, and the green isn’t the same in the whole eye, it’s more lighter in the lower part

So i wonder, yes my eyes changed, but in green eyes.
In fact, now i prefer this result than blue eyes, but i still don’t know why it was green and not blue (?)
My father has green eyes, so maybe it’s from this ?

Maybe sometimes you need to get a temporary color in order to get the color you really want ?

Oh, and i also noticed that my hairs has also a “new color”, some hairs are dark, and others are mahogany.

So my advice : Be regular, be confident (i had faith) and don’t forget to enjoy this

I think the hardest part is to believe. We live in a world where not much is considered possible when it comes to mind manipulation. However, if you are a believer in your own religion, then you must have faith in your god. If you have faith that some supreme force has created every living thing on earth, then why not have faith in yourself in changing your appearance. I’ve seen and heard a lot about miracles, it must be your confidence and faith to make such un ordinary things happen. By believing something is real, i think it will be eaiser to change your eye color. However, its hard to believe when you are too stressed out to relax in the hypnosis session. What are some great techniques that can make the process easier. Such as after the session is over, how do i go with my daily lifestyle and “believe my eye color has changed”? any advice

Yoann,
there are blue, green, and brown eyes. Green is in between, a midpoint between blue and brown. Green is mixed. It has a little melanin but not a lot like brown. Be careful the color you are visualizing too.

well.. i decided that i would start my hypnosis session on a daily basis. ~

Day 1 (which was at 7am this morning)…. the hypnosis session went well. However, focusing is a real problem for me.I also am not a good visualizer. So to practice visualizing, i focus on a photo of the desired eye color i would like. Then for my next session it will be eaiser to visualize the color i want. My faith will increase after a couple sessions (it usually does). My eyes have lightened from the past, but i want brighter:). These sessions really help me relax before busy day. I will keep an update on my progress

Its the manipulation of the mind shelly. so if youcan believe that your eyes have already changed while listening to the session and chnage your way of thinking, you can change your eye color to green. its all about the mind and the way you think can improve your abilities of getting the desired eye color.

For the last week i have been waking up every morning and doing my session. the reason why i picked 7 am is because i feel as if i will have a better day and more of a positive attitude on believing that my eye color has changed. i like being really relaxed. i do see that my dark brown eye have lightened throughout the months. However, I’m not sure if its because im eating healthier. they say raw food diets makes your eye lighter. I’m not a raw eater, i just stay away from fast food . my attitude is changing about believing in my eye color change and that is why i believe my progress is progressing. is anyone else has better ideas to get me process, please do tell . i feel these session make me more of a positive person. For some reason i believe this session is basically like a meditation with a lot of concentration. For a meditation you have to be relaxed in order to focus. its hard to accomplish at first (my back always starts hurting, so i lay down) but i keep still in that position for 40 minutes. When I’m passing the stone slabs, i try to think that i am in grade 1 (so i try not to think of my problems) it really helps because i can feel more stress free and concentrate on the session. the stone slabs part, i usually relax further and further as he says. the only problem is that i tend to fall asleep. But now i have practiced to keep myself awake and listen. When I think about looking in the mirror at myself with the desired color, I focus really hard in that eye color. in fact, i always remind myself when I’m at school or at work to remember my eye have changed. it takes a lot of time. Maybe this can help everyone. If we all work together, imp sure we can all progress I would really love to hear from the mental prescriptions about another ways to believe in yourself to change the eye color or any other kinds of relaxation methods.

to all that are asking if it works, it will if you stay focucsed, belive, and be patient!! everyone is different so their eyes will change at different rates! mine got alot lighter after only a week. ive heard that someones have changed from brown to green in 3 weeks and blue to brown in 3 months. it really just depends. i cannot say my eyes have changed all that much, its weird because they are alot greener on the bottom then the top?? i cannot consistently do it for more than like 2 weeks before i stop because of school and sports:/ once my sprot is done i will try again and let you all know.

I suggest if you want to change your eye color 100%, you should make time in the mornning. however, i hear its better to do the session right before you go to sleep.

I have skipped a couple of sessions and my eyes seem to be darker or maybe im just loosing my confidence that it has changed

well who better to make you know if it really works but yourself. thats the whole part pf the session. for you to make yourself believe it can happen and then that it already has for your eye color to change. but you seem you dont want to “waste your time” then it probably wont work because you already don’t think it can happen.

i would love to change my eye color very much but since i live in iran theres no way for me to get the mp3 and for some reason i can’t download it from piratebay(why?)so every night before going to sleep i imagine my eyes turning blue again and again and i try to relax as much as i can.does this work?could anyone plase give me a rough idea of what the mp3s say?i also am very impatient(as my name says!)and tend to fall asleep after 15-20 minutes.any ideas?please help.

i suggest you buy the mp3. i keep skipping days for this mp3. you have to stay awake fo each session. it is hard but it takes a lot of concentration. if you fall asleep fast, to it around 2pm or whenever you are wide awake so you can focus better. i usually wake up around 7, wash up, and eat breakfast before i start my session so i dont fall asleep. i am eating way healthier so i dont feel crapy inside so it does not effect my mood from doing the session. have a positive attitude to see positive results. i think you will need to get the mp3 in order for you to have better focus. the more impatient you are, the less likley you will see a change. im acutally visualizing my eye changing its color right now, and my friend asked me 5 minutes ago if i was wearing color contacts. so it goes to tell that yo have to imagine yourself for others to notice it. otherwise, if you dont “pretend” how will anyone else recognize the change of the eye color

Well, when I started(almost 20 days ago), in the mirror my eyes looked pitch black, now I see the brown is lighter specially in the outer part, and I like it that I can see the ‘textures’ of my eye much better(same lightning), but this small change happened in the first days. After that sometimes I think they look different but it could be just in my mind because it’s not that obvious.
Then it got hard to focus and listen to the mp3 because I knew what the guy was going to say so I can’t say most days counted as a session, but at least now I’m able to stay awake.
I’m new to hypnosis and even meditation but I hear practice makes perfect and that’s great!

Anyway, no way I’m giving up, I really want them changed and I’m commited to do those sessions at least until March 2010.

Sorry for the big reply and thanks for keeping me motivated, I hope all of us here succeed at our goals.

acer, do you think the color matters? I want the most a blue-greyish color but I don’t know if that’s too different from my eyes, do you think a hazel color would ‘come’ faster or something like that?

i suggest just try going for that bulish-grey color because the session does say think of the desired color. if you beleive strongly enough,it should change. if its hard for you to see your brown eye go to throught such a dramatic change, i suggest start with hazel and work your way up to grey.

I want to let you know personally that this does work. It all will depend on your
belief and actions you take with your belief. When you are ready to purchase

Mean while here’s some tips to help you!
1. Go to a quiet room and sit in any comfortable chair or couch. Although
  some people prefer to lie down, you are more susceptible to sleep than when
  sitting up. Whether you sit or lie, ensure you do not cross your legs or
  any part of your body. You may be in this position for a while and this could
  end up being uncomfortable.
2. Make sure you are not going to be disturbed for at least half an
  hour.
3. Close your eyes and work to rid your mind of any feelings of fear,
  stress, or anxiety. When you begin, you might find it difficult
  not to think. You may find that thoughts keep intruding. When this happens,
  don’t try to force the thoughts out. Observe them impartially, and then
  let them slip away.
4. Recognize the tension in your body. Beginning with your
  toes, imagine the tension slowly falling away from your body and vanishing.
  Imagine it freeing each body part one at a time starting with your toes and
  working its way up your body. Visualize each part of your body becoming lighter
  and lighter as the tension is removed. relax your
  toes, then your feet. Continue with your calves, thighs, hips, stomach and
  so on, until you’ve relaxed each portion, including your face and head. Using
  imagery techniques of something you find comforting or soothing, such as
  water (feel the water rushing over your feet and ankles, cleansing them of
  tension) can be effective as well.
5. Take slow, deep breaths. When you exhale, see the tension
  and negativity leaving in a dark cloud. As you inhale, see the air returning
  as a bright force filled with life and energy.
6. Appreciate the fact that you are now extremely relaxed. Imagine
  you are at the top of a flight of 10 stairs which at the fifth step start
  to submerge into water. Picture every detail of this scene from the top to
  the bottom. Tell yourself that you are going to descend the stairs, counting
  each step down, starting at 10. Picture each number in your mind. Imagine
  that each number you count is further down and one step closer to the bottom.
  After each number, you will feel yourself drifting further and further into
  deep relaxation. As you take each step, imagine the feel of the step under
  your feet. Once you are at the fifth step imagine and truly feel the refreshing
  coolness of the water and tell yourself that you are stepping into an oasis
  of purity and cleanliness. As you begin to descend the last five steps, start
  to feel the water getting higher and higher up your body. You should now
  start to feel somewhat numb and your heart will start to race a bit, but
  notice it and let any qualms about the situation just drift away into the
  water.
7. At this point at the bottom of the water you shouldn’t really feel
  anything just a floating sensation you may even feel like you’re
  spinning. Once you have achieved this state you should proceed to address
  your problems and decide upon what it is you want from where you are. [Note:
  if you do not feel as stated above, try again, slower with a will to grasp
  what is happening]. Now start to narrate what you are doing, speak in the
  present and future tense quietly to yourself, or as if you are reading
  it from a page. Start to picture three boxes under the water that you have
  to swim to
  get to. Once you have found the boxes open them slowly one at a time and
  narrate to yourself what is happening when you open the box. For example
  ‘As i open the box i feel a radiant light engulf me, i feel it becoming
  a part of me, this light is my new found confidence that i can not ever
  lose as it is now apart of me’ and then proceed on to the next box. You
  should avoid using statements with negative connotation such as “I don’t
  want to be tired and irritable.” Instead, say, “I am becoming calm and
  relaxed.” Examples of positive statements “I am strong and slender,” “I
  am successful and positive,” and, if you have pain, “My back is beginning
  to feel wonderful.” (see warning on PAIN)
8. Repeat your statement(s) to yourself as many times as you wish. 2
  or 3 times should be enough
9. Once you are satisfied with what you have done and embraced swim
  back to the stairs and feel with each step you take the water
  becoming lower and lower until you have once again reached that fifth step.
  Once you are out of the water and are on the sixth step you may start to
  feel heavy or as if there is a weight on your chest. Merely wait on the
  step until this passes, constantly repeating your aforementioned statements.
  Once it passes continue up the stairs visualizing each step by its number,
  feeling the steps under neath you, will yourself to carry on up the stairs.
10. Once you have ascended, give yourself a few moments before opening
  your eyes (you may want to visualise yourself opening a door to
  the outside world, do this slowly and imagine the light that pours in through
  the door way, this should make your eyes open)(also it sometimes help telling
  yourself that when you open your eyes you will be smiling, if you are indeed
  smiling when you open your eyes you will have some sort of proof that it
  has worked) and take your time getting up. Then out loud tell yourself “Wide
  awake, Wide awake” or something maybe that your mother used to say when
  she woke you up in the morning as a child. This will put your mind back
  in the conscious state.You will be totaly relaxed and feel refreshed.

Listening to only parts of the mp3 will only not give you the full effects…thus rendering the session useless.

I’ve outlined above in steps 1 through 10 tips to help you maximize self hypnosis sessions.

Any tips on what should I do throughout the day?
Like, should I keep reminding myself that my eyes have changed? And what when I look in the mirror, should I say “Wow, my eyes are ___!” regardless of what I’m seeing?

All your suggestions are good ones, they are different forms of self affirmations.

I will suggest that you choose a method that you can do with ease. The mp3 self hypnosis session is fairly easy because all you have to do is listen and follow.

With affirmation you have to the affirming other wise your mind will wander.

Believe in the process and mind’s ability.

There are tons of other ways to use self affirmation. Remember the basic function of using affirmations, which is to by bass the conscience mind and have the sub-conscience mind accept that which we are trying to affirm to it.

Even though this seems rather simple, many people complicate this process because of the simplicity of using affirmation isn’t suffient enough for them to believe that it will work for them, which renders using affirmation for that person useless.

Affirmation is only a tool and should be use as such. Your own personal belief and ability to belief plays a far greater role in improving than anything else. If you believe affirmations will work for you, then you will need to demonstrate that with your belief regardless of what it looks like through the natural eyes. Your belief will bring into the real world what you see in the world of the mind.

YOU CAN COPY THESE 2 TIPS FOR YOUR OWN PERSONAL USE———————————-

1. Repetition, Repetition, Repetition. Affirmations work by repetition. The more often that your write, speak or listen to your affirmations, the greater and faster effect they will have upon your mind. In addition, use as many methods as possible to repeat your affirmations.

thanks admin.i finally got the mp3 last week and ive been lisening to it.i could see the difference in my eyes the first 2 days but in the middle of the week i was so nervuos that i didnt progress much.but this morning in the part that you go past the slabs i imagined a gentle horse coming with me and th relaxing space was full of horses.becaouse i love horses and i am much happier and relaxerwith them.and just befor the lunch when i looked at the mirror i found out that my eyes have gotten so much lighter than yesterday.i was shocked.so i gues this is a good method.imagine something that you like the most(prefrbly an animal)while passing the slabs and it will help you not to fall asleep or get bored andmakes you relaxat the same time.im so happy i did it cause i was starting to lose hope.

You can never confuse your subconscience mind, it’s like a computer…only works on your progamming…you can however confuse the conscience mind only because of the direct interaction with it. Such as the conversation you have in your mind when you are not sure if you would like to purchase this item or that item…you see that’s a direct interaction…the subconscience mind is a little different…it will take what you have giving it and compute it back to you in that form of interaction. In other words your direct mind which is conscience is pulling from your subconscience mind’s programming for thoughts that matches what you are thinking in your direct mind.

Your subconscience mind again is like a computer that’s designed by you. You determine the program…so if you have confusion program install, it will give you output of confusion here and there. Now your conscience mind will pick up on this out put and then relay it to you in thoughts and outward manifestation.

This is Cynthia. I would like to anwer your questions to the best of my ability.

What is the best time to do the session?

How often do I need to visualize?

Question number will depends on the schedule of the person. If you wake up early in the morning lets just say 5, 6 or even 7 am…this would be an ideal time to mediate after awakening in the morning…because your brain would be more susceptible to the messages your are trying to program in it. In my opinion, anytime after you have just awakened is a good time to do your session.

This is answer to question #2
You can never visualize too much…
I recommend doing it for about 6 days straight with the 7th day resting from thoughts…you brain needs a break too!
You determine how many times a day to visualize…1, 2, or 3xs a day!

I think its bullshit we are charged to learn something we have to power to change without the help of hypnosis. If you have a strong mind turn to believing in yourself and what you can do with your body. Our minds are very powerful. this can work but only if you have high emotion just visualizings the eye color change and meditating is not enough you must put the mind into a state of awarness that your eye color has already changed so that mean you must feel the emotion of it as if the eye color you want you have already gotten this hypnosis is like the law of attraction.

i didnt try this yet…but it depends on your belief if there are no doubts it can be fast results

some people with multiple perosnality can have their eye colros changed in an instant…so that is possible too. but only if you have no doubts or conflicting beliefs

anyway since i feel unworthy about manifesting these types of things (due to feeling ugly in general) i want to see if using something like this will make me believe more, like a boost, kind of like a placebo would in a sense (using this as a cue to change).
at least for me, it doesnt take a lot for me to get excited & emotional (when im not depressed or anything)

if you can maintain a strong belief, the color should stay. i talked to a guy on a forum somewhere who changed his eye color & the change stayed with him (he never said it reverted back to the other color)

is meditating a ‘must’? i figure its purpose is to help you become more suggestible to believe you can do it. but if it works good for you thats great. im just not really into it b/c i end up either falling asleep or my mind wanders a lot

it shouldnt be any different than other things…i received many things through LOA without meditation but only by belief. it depends on how easily you believe b/c evryone here is getting results at different speeds, that mp3 is probably a ‘catalyst’ to help you believe i suppose. but your right hypnosis mp3 isnt ‘needed’ to change this kind of stuff

I’ve been listening to the mp3 for 3 days and my eyes have gone from dark brown/black to brown. How weird! Before when I looked in the mirror my eyes looked black, only if you looked closely you could tell they were dark brown. Now, even when I’m at a distance, they’re brown. I still have this black ring around my eyes, so you can really tell the inside is much lighter. I also have these lighter looking “spots” in my eyes. I want green, so I still have to work on that. But it does work, unbelievable!!!

Here’s how I do it:
* I listen to it first thing in the morning and last thing at night.
* Try to keep your mind on the subject.
* Try NOT to fall asleep, it’s better to stay in between both worlds.
* I keep a picture of a green eye near my bed cause that’s where I SIT to listen to the music. I don’t lie down, because I tend to fall asleep.
* When I put on the mp3 I imagine all kinds of stuff that are green (the color I want): emeralds, apples, grass, green river water…
* I constantly visualize a green light around me and my eyes are green and shiny.
* When the dude says that stuff about the rocks and the white light. Instead I imagine a green light and that I am in some kind of forest with tons of green trees.
* When I’m visualizing, I constantly imagine that the green color I want is being pumped into the veins of my eyes and my eyes turn green. Especially when the recording comes to the part where the dude says that stuff about the navel etc.
* Throughout the day I repeat to myself: “my eyes are getting green.” or something like “I have green eyes.”
* BELIEVE, don’t give up & don’t let anyone tell you it’s not possible. IT IS POSSIBLE. Mind over matter – period.

I’m psyched! Soon I’ll have the green eyes I want.

Ive done the hypnosis for 10 days now. the degree of believing my eyes have changed vary from day to day. But ive stayed consistant, doing it every day and trying to belive my eyes are changing. One major problem i have though is when i hit the stone slabs part. I think its a form of my critical mind trying to intrude or something. The thing that happens is tha the stone slabs shoot up from the ground while im standing on them or sinking into the floor. This causes me to tense up. Any ideas? Btw im trying to change my dark brown eyes to bright green ones. Do you also have any thought on if you should try to make them light brown first, then dark green and then finally bright green or something like that? or just go for the bright green.

Ive seen pics of this one girl whos eyes sent from brown to being Green on the outside. I think the only limitation is your own mind. There are barriers to overcome if you wish to see significant change. But it sure wouldn be à confidence booster if someone could present some news on theire progress. i really think that it only takes as long as it takes for you be be totally convinced it has changed. i have read that feeling genuine gratitude that it chnaged can speed it up b/c you get convinced that change has happened already, like tricking your mind..

Just an update: It seems as though the hypnosis is working (albeit at a slow rate). The top parts of both my eyes are considerably darker when in comparison to the bottom part of my irises. It’s strange; the top portion of my iris appears the same (dark brown, basically black) whereas the bottom portion of my iris has turned and orange, almost amber colour. I guess I have to keep going if I want any drastic results.

I wouldn’t advise trying to attain a color such as red or pink; these are normally associated with albinos whose irises lack an appropriate amount of melanin, leading to irises that ‘reflect’ the blood vessels inside the eye, which gives off the pink/red hue. It’s supposed to be rather dangerous, from what I’ve read. Aqua/turquoise sounds like a better alternative.

I think if you imagine really hard you can make your eyes change to the color red or pink. it is your mind that can change you eye color but you have to change the way you think in order to change your eye color. you are basically going back to when you were a child and renewing your eye color by giving yourself a different personality. the reason why most people cant change thier eye color or any other sort of pyshcial apperance is because they are scared. Fear is why some people can meditate properly. So i suggest start meditating before you start to change your eye color. it takes a lot of focus. You need to change your personality and stay focused at all times. its not easy no….but it get easier and easier the more you practice. My friend lost a lot off weight through meditation. of course, she changed her personality which chnaged her habits. nothing is given to you without knowledge.

i started using the mp3 a couple months ago and right off the bat (4 days or so) my normal brown color turned to a really light brown with some green mixed in. it was noticeable and my brother even commented on it. i slacked off a little bit and they went back to normal brown again and i couldnt seem to get them back in the right direction even after 4 days of using the mp3 straight. so i got discouraged. but then i was looking up other ways to change eye color and some things popped up about the raw food diet. so about a week ago i was able to go 100 percent raw and stay that way pretty much for a week. i also have been doing the mp3 every night before i go to bed. well, now they’re more green than ever. ive also been doing a general cleanse/detox from a doctor. i dont know if its a new found belief thats changing the color or if its the diet or a combination of the mp3 and the diet. but ive also noticed that the mp3 seems to work better if i kinda “fall asleep” during it but i dont go into a deep sleep. basically i “wake up” at the very end when he says to open your eyes but i know i wasnt awake for most of the mp3. i guess its that half asleep period that makes it most effective. i also have read on more scientific sites that it IS possible if you break it down and really analyze whats happening. science tends to just discount things like this right off the bat but if you realize whats happening, its very possible.

i think your eyes will stay the changed color if the mp3 is a solid enough part of your thinking. i dont know for sure im just guessing. like any hypnosis though, the habits you form wont stick until the hypnosis is a new believed frame of mind. and i plan on staying with the diet until my eyes get as light as possible and stop getting lighter. then i might ease up a bit. you can google raw food diet and eye color change and lots and lots of people claim it changed their eye color without that being the initial goal. maybe its that i believe the diet will change my eye color. i dunno. its kinda far fetched to believe everything that comes with the diet (that when you cleanse from the inside out your entire body removes toxins and your eyes reflect a vibrant, toxin free person) but the whole hypnosis thing is all about just believing too. and i read that the diet doesnt change ‘naturally brown’ eye colors like in ethnic people. if your eyes are hazel and not 100 percent brown then they see the most change. and a lot of people with hazel eyes used to have green or blue eyes. im not claiming to any of this. just repeating what ive read. seems to be working for me though.

hi everyone! I’ve been reading this blog for a few days and this morning I got the mp3 and do my first session. I’ve to admit that at the beguining I laughed a lot but then i started again and do it well…its was nice, i really felt relax…but it was hard imagine me with blue eyes (i have brown eyes) so I edit a pic with photoshop and print it, i think this will help me a lot.
I have no hurry to this coz i’m very happy with the shape of my eyes, but a lighter color it would be great.

so i’ve had this hypnosis session for a couple years now and have listened to it maybe 8 times. all of which i found myself in a state of NEED to get the eye color i want (from Brown to Blue) i did notice a change at first but i became distracted and stoped.

i cant hold it in anymore….ok, a couple months ago in the morning i just decided i want to make the center of my eyes turn hazel (my eyes are blue), so i stared in the mirror and ‘acted as if’ a hazel pigment was forming in the center of my left eye. i literally got myself ‘tricked’ and was seeing hazel appearing & i was thinkig “holy shit its turning brown/hazel!” i literally was convinced it was turning brown, but i stopped soon and was wodnering afterwards if it was true. i checked again about a week or two ago, & took pictures in bright lighting for verification if it turned hazel. & i saw that the center of my left eye indeed had a partial hazel pigment around the pupil!

so the change really must have happened at that moment, while awake! there really is a small hazel pigment in the center of my blue eyes (not fully around though, it was incomplete)!! this is cool!

I believe that this would work even though i havent tried it yet. i have faith. however, im very young and i cant buy the mp3 considering my age and i strongly doubt my parents would agree to buy it for me so could anyone tell me other methods other then buying the mp3 that helped you get results in changing eye colors. im really sorry and i wish i could buy the mp3 but i cant and its always been my dream to have blue or green eyes, not the icky brown ones that i have now.

hypnosis can not change eye color because it is a polygenic trait and the color of the eye is determind by the specific pigment that you have in the iris of the eyes if you have green eyes then you have a different pigment from someone who has amber eyes the body can not get that pigment or your subconcious cannot create anything if it dont already have it. now for example if a female or a woman is useing hypnosis for say like for bigger breasts, this is possible because the size of a womans breast is determined by the amount of estrogen. the use of hypnosis can actually trigger the production of the hormone in which the breasts will start to grow again.

To some of you this one is a no brainer but some people have actually thought this, so I will make mention of it. By making mention of this there will be no confusion on anyone’s part.

Self hypnosis can not be used to make some one fall in love with you. There is no amount of trance session that you can do to will that person to love you. Self hypnosis is not in any way shape or form, potions, magic or any form of witchery. It is used to help improve you, not attract someone else.

Self hypnosis can not be used to give you special powers either. Some of you are probably laughing at this one, but to be honest there are a lot of people that believe this. They believe that they can tap into special powers within their brains. Sorry but self hypnosis will not do this for your either. Self hypnosis can help you to tap into your own inner strength and help you to over come your own weaknesses – but it will not turn you into a wizard or a superhero.

As you can see self hypnosis can help with some things but not all things can be done with self hypnosis. Self hypnosis is a form of therapy and used to cure or improve upon yourself physically and mentally but it is not magic. When dealing in the realm of reality we must look at this form of therapy in a realistic view point. As with any form of therapy or treatment, self hypnosis may not work to cure or improve everyone of everything out there.

Self hypnosis is in no way a magic pill or method that will work wonders for everything. What is will do is allow you to improve on the things that are within reach for all of us. We all have the power in use to change, improve and fix something within ourselves but at the same time there are some things that are beyond our limits to change.

For those who DO BELIEVE. I think it’s essential to reach the Theta state while meditating. You reach this state when you’re almost falling asleep. This is the time when you’re mind is open for any kind of programming. So when you’re about to fall asleep, remind yourself your eyes are the color you want them to be. Also, it takes about THREE weeks of daily meditation/hypnosis to re-program you brain, so be patient and don’t give up!!!

well in my case i was ’seeing” a hazel forming after expecting it to & it made me believe it. ive always noticed some kind of brown tinge on my left eye after that but i wasnt sureso i took a picture & there is a small brown/hazel pigment on my left eye.

i only did this in ther mirror for a short moment so i got only partially complete. im going to conclude that i caused a brown pigment to appear in that instant

you dont NEED to be in hypnosis/meditation to make a chnage & it doesnt have to take long. it only takes as long for you to believe & relaxtion methods only HELP you believe. i was able to be fully convinced in the mirror which likely was the reason results happened fast. also i was just doing it for fun & i wasnt even planning it that day…that may help you become detached & believe it more, by not treating it like its something you HAVE TO do

who says the color is made by a specific pigment? this is nunsense. i have read in many places that all eye colors have brown pigments but the amount is different.a little brown pigment will mean blue,a little more will result green and a lot af pigments means brown eyes and there are people who can change their eye color depending on what they wear or how they feel so there is no stupid scientific rull that says eye color cant change,eye color is just as much jenetical as skin color so if skin color can be changed so can the eyes.and im really sorry for the person who says he has studid hipnosis and still doesnt know that changing your eye color ONLY NEEDS BELIEFE.you just have to expect a change and have no doubts about it.and the only reason that it doesnt work for some people is that they dont belive in the change strongly enough.

i said each eye color has different pigments for example i know hypnosis here study for yourself each eye color has a specific pigment with in the eyes look at the color charts and its pigments if your body dont have the pgment it can not produce it.

kayne- its because you’re using energy and if you use it inappropriately you could slowly lose your sight. its like if you meditate and use biokinesis to change your eye color it will take some time for it to take hold.. if you use biokinesis and you are unfocused that same energy can deteriorate your sight. it would PROBABLY happen slowly but mainly the disclaimer is just trying to get people to realize that its a real thing and if you’re not careful it can go awry. just like lighting candles. if you do it safely then no problem. if you’re an idiot you could burn your house down lol. but dont let fear enter your mind when you’re attempting this. you want solid positive energy thats focused on the goal for it to work. you will also feel refreshed after each meditation if you did it right. fear is a negative emotion that you dont want interfering with your meditation time.

first of all guys, theres two marias on this board. i only started posting march 4th. sorry for the confusion. and second, i really dont feel like explaining biokinesis because of middle schoolers like preet. unfortunately preets mom isnt monitoring his internet usage and now everyone has to suffer through it. im a grown adult with a real job and a real life. i dont have patience for idiots.

for the people that have lives and are utilizing this board as a channel of information.. biokinesis is tough. there are many articles on it you can google but they are pretty complicated. the jist of it is to feel like you are channeling energy from the earth either through your bed or from the sky or whatever. have it flow into your body. what i do is take my hands and slowly push the energy into my sternum (just below your chest and above your belly button).. but thats just how i do it. whatever makes it work for you is what works. so once i have a decent amount of energy that i can sort of feel in my sternum i put my palms in front of me like im holding a baseball. then i move the energy through my body so that it comes out of my hands and into a ball. this might take 15 minutes of meditation to really “feel” like you have an energy ball (psi ball is what its called). so once you have this ball, just say to yourself or outloud, “i want this energy to change my eyes to blue” or whatever. doesnt have to be those words.. just program the ball. then what i do is i slowly hold the ball in front of my eyes and visualize that the energy is changing my eye color. when you feel it took hold you can send the energy into the air so it dissipates. the main thing with this is do whatever makes you feel like its working. this is just what i do. but its a very personalized thing. you can also use the psi ball for other tasks unrelated to changing your body (biokinesis) but thats a whole other ball game.

when i say “dont do it wrong” i just mean dont be an idiot about it. if it starts to hurt- then quit. if you get a headache- chill out for a bit. this is supposed to be relaxed and not forced. dont picture the energy “burning” your iris pigment into the desired color. it doesnt have to burn it to change it. i have a degree in electromagnetism (a subset of physics) and its widely known that energy can do almost anything. even from a scientific standpoint. also, your eyes completely change themselves every 11 months. obviously its a slow continuous process but every cell in your body is changing constantly. or dying and being replaced. so its not crazy to deduce that your irises can slowly stop producing as much pigment. they are constantly producing it anyway. so if day by day you tell them to produce less (which would make green or blue eyes from brown) eventually all the cells in your iris will be on the same page. its science. so if any immature children want to argue it youre not arguing with me, you’re arguing with the laws of physics. and, no offense, but i feel like i know more on that topic than a middle school kid thats staying up too late on a school night..

djjl- sorry, i didnt see your post at first. as far as a time frame it COULD be overnight but since you are new to energy manipulation in the first place it probably wont be. its more like a gradual change and as you get more comfortable moving energy it will become a lot stronger. in a electromag class once we would pool energy into a spot in the room and focus on it. then we would blindfold another student and have them “find” the energy pool by feeling. most of the time they could feel the heat and movement of the energy without knowing where it was centered. its a real thing guys. i have no idea though how long it will take for you. and it MAY not work at all. you may never get the hang of a psi ball. i have confidence that you will but keep in mind this isnt cut and dry.

the whole imagining your body thing isnt 100% necessary. its just one method of biokinesis. but if you feel like that way works for you, mainly you picture yourself (i picture myself standing in front of me wearing the same clothes and all) and you make your eyes change in the you thats standing in front of you. once you’ve done this and its SOLID.. as in if you take your focus away the eye color is still the same, then you visualize the you you created kind of falling into you. as if you’ve had an out of body experience i guess and you’re returning to your body. i dont like thinking of it that way though because its creepy. so anyway, once the created you is now a part of the real you, feel your eyes changing into what the created you had. you can also do more visualization and tell yourself it happened and whatnot. but this is just another form of energy manipulation. basically the created you is just a pool of energy so when it enters your body its the same as pushing your psi ball at your eyes. when youre changing the eye color of the created you its the same as when you’re programming your psi ball. whatever you do dont think about it too hard. thats not meditation and its taking all your gathered energy and using it up in your mind which isnt where we want it to go. this is all about just placing the existant energy around you into a certain place or having it do things that you cant do with your physical self.

Kanye, Maria is a great person, based upon what I’ve read so far.

You have the concept right, focusing the energy as a ball, you can use any shape but the sphere seems the be the one of choice because spheres are naturally created from the circular swirling motion.

If you continue practice and add more belief into it everytime, while believing its already done, you will be able to accomplish some really cool tricks!

Biokinesis seem great and all but more complicated than the hypnosis. Is it possible to reach the same benefits with the hypnosis in the same timespan? Now that i think about it, the hypnosis seems like a controlled, more comprehensible form of guided energy or biokinesis.

lets start there…thats pretty much what gave me the blueprint of success.

what happens when you throw anything into the air upward? by law, it is supppose to come back down right? newtons law, really gods law, but my point is, when you take the action of throwing something into the air upward, from ground zero, by law it must come down according to its dynamics—weight, size, speed, etc…

my point is everything is run on a law…if you know the action of the law, then you can take advatange of the law through your action.

do not complicate things…make it simple and clear.

i dont really care if you buy the product or not…just dont pirate it, it will not work for you because your mind subliminally will know that you have not legally obtain it.

are looking to use hypnosis to just change your eye color? it sounds like you are in search of more than just changing your eye color. you both seem that you would be interested in using your mind to do other things like manifest goals into reality. if you are maybe you would be interested in reading the master key…i heard about this book before, and when i seen it again on http://mentalperception.com i had to get a hold of it and to be honest with you it has been helping me. maybe you would want to check it out too!

put it like this…you have external cosmetic and eternal cosmetic

external: lose weight, change eye color, change hair type, bigger breast, bigger rod, and etc.

eternal: confidence,courage, mind power, creativity, and etc.

I don’t too much care for the external as much as I do with the eternal…

Go for something eternal, then external, because once you understand how you can use hypnosis…then it will become clear to you as what and how to do it easier the next time, and making external changes, becomes a much easier process.

you must understand how and why to make a proper use of the law…to simply know about it or to want to do it will not help.

today we believe you can have something for nothing when it is not so true at all when it comes to manifesting.

understand how it works will help you make better use of a tool such as hypnosis…hypnosis is not power at all, not power in the sense of it being by itself. it is a tool…you can dig a hole with your bare hands, but a shovel will help you even better! you understand my point here?

hypnosis is only a tool…a tool you can use to manifest with the understanding of how things work under hypnosis and how your belief and thoughts play a big role in all of this.

@ mega i am 20 and just now getting into this stuff someone told me about all this stuff on the this website and i went here but was extermley skeptical at first. and what is this law your talking about like the name of it cause there are like 15 different laws of the universe. like im sure you know of the secret Law of attraction i guess you can relate it to this but the law of attraction will not work unless you use physical action like thoughts and beliefs plus takeing action into what you want to manifest like a new car or a new house or something of that nature i worried that if i use the hair hypnosis for straight hair what would be the point of it if it just going to change my thoughts and not the hair if i change my thoughts but at the same time i havt to change my hair myself i can do that without hypnosis see what im saying.

I mean whats the point of using the hypnosis if youre then going to go through invasive surgery to then change eye color. As for hair, i mean you shouldnt be able to change hair that already has grown out because hair isnt “alive” but it could possibly change the outgrowth to become straighter.

Mega made a good point…but you have not really address Uriah’s concern.

He of course has his view on this hypnosis mp3.

Of course he understands his mind can make this happen, but he is a visual hands on guy, therefore he needs to see some evidence to back it all up.

Now…as for me…I too have made use of this mp3 and successfully changed my eye color from one color to another. However, it was not easy for me to do, it actually took me a year. I do not care to prove this to anyone here on the internet, if you know me personally, you may still think that I am wearing contacts, but I am not.

I am a light skin mixed race american. My mother is indian and my father european white.

I am male and stand at 5′11

I changed my eye color from brown to grey (dark, but still gray and not brown at all).

In the first part of the time, which would have been about 6 months…I started to listen to it for just 1 hour a day…but I was not really applying my belief…

I was thinking well maybe if I hear it enough, then it would happen, but that was not the case, as I learn six months later with a small change…now because I seen this small change, I started believing even more, than about 3 months later, total about 9 months together, I started to really notice the change, then right about my maybe 11 or 13 month I started to see the grey mixed in with the brown, then shortly after no more brown, only dark grey…

I used a mirror that I would stare into and pretend that it was grey…if you have a hard time get a picture of a gray eye or eyes then, in your heart feel like it is your eyes that are gray…see people saying to you how nice your grey eyes are…you have to be into it, and my advice tell no one at all! TRUST ME ON THIS, just let them notice one day that you have grey eyes, if they say that it is contacts, let them think it, but never tell, unless they are worthy of recieving your info, in other words, let them be a believer first, then tell, other wise they will laugh and scorn you…lol…

My point is, go to the process, and do it with faith and cheerful mindset, this will tell the sub conscious that you like it and the sub conscious mind will in turn give you more and better than before…that’s how it works…and that’s how I learned…so trust me on this.

I’m glad to hear that you purchased your own, trust me, if you start of that way, its a great start…you can feel better using it knowing you own it without violating any one or thing, which is the point.

i was able to change my eye color from a dark brown color to a lighter brown color…some people actually changed the whole color…someone on this board did, i’m sure.

ok about belief how can i get strong belief again. i want to make more of my eye hazel since the results are barely noticeable.. its so irritating when i used LOA on things that gave me miraculous results (i got many things really fast & exactly how i wanted) but why is this a challenge now?!

i know, it would be wise to believe the same way as before but i dont know how b/c at the time i got excited. i only remember last week when i wanted to buy something, i wanted to find a particular item really fast & the next time i went shopping, a week later, the exact item appeared & i was happy. b/c that day i had the nagging feeling/belief that i would find it, expecting it even though i assured myself i only had a 50/50 chance, but i still knew i had a greater expectancy that i will find it anyway.. i trusted myself

i just dont know how to do this with my eye anymore! help me! i cant do typical meditation b/c i fall asleep even while sitting up. having proof that i had success ith other things should help me believe but this is my eye color not another accessory at the store….how do you trust your body thats what im asking

Hey Bella! Great job on getting your eyes to change color…in my opinion its an easir task to go from one shade to the next…I am not learning how to go from one color to the next. This is easy for some people, but for me I am having a not soo easy time. I’ve read some where that you have to keep the thought constant without interruption of focus…my focus is always being intterupted…but I did manage to change from one shade to the next, with little effort. I am happy with the results, however I have a friend who wants a complete color change, and I told her its really up to her and left it there.

Overall Bella good job!

Everyone believes in God even an athiest. Blindly all humans have to receive from God in order to live. Saying this many will have their own interprestion of who God is, let me interrupt your thought process by making this contrast difference of God the Creator and God the Religion, and the latter being mans creation.

Can one really manipulate cells and make them change or re-direct them? First you must understand that all cells are intelligent capable of performing a given task.

If you say to your responsible cell to do this and your request doesn’t violate its natural law, then it will obey the direct responsibility which it is giving. In order to do something which will violate its natural law would require higher power than your own, which is in every human.

thanks, though i didnt use the mp3 b/c i dont have money. i did this months ago, i randomly decided to see if my eye will make brown & so i told it to, & then got excited when i was seeing brown..i dont know if i was seeing it for real of being tricked, but after that i noticed the brown there all the time

it was probably b/c i was somehow easily convinced that it was true but now i dont experience that feeling when attempting this again

why do they say its easier to go from a different shade than an entire color? is it b/c of the belief difficulty or b/c of something else

Hello all…it is me Jey-Z and I come in peace and wishing you all peace.

Bella and Uriah you both asked good questions, both are aimed at the same direction, which is what actually make this change and what is this law you speak of.

To answer the latter, the law has been given many names according to its attribute, and this is only one law which is greater, but from this one great law other laws were born from it. It would be not very easy for me to even begin to convey this concept to you with out you first having the foundational knowledge with unlocks the superficial meaning which has been hidden underneath, so I wish to make not attempt to explain this law to you on this board, seeing it cannot be easily explained in just one sitting.

Bella, to answer your question…it is both possible to change shade from darker to lighther or vice versa, which is easy to accomplish naturally because of the ability of increasing and decreasing the melanin content of the iris pigment epithelium.

Now the iris stroma is not so easy to change because of the bundles of fiber which makes the muscle nerves that leads to the pupil itself. To cause an effect to the iris stroma is not as easy as to alter the melanin content of the iris pigment epithelium.

To make changes to the both of them; which will result in change of entire eye color; requires strong concentration of mental will.

The minute detail of how this is all done is still a mystery to me, other than a strong desire guided by the mind and manifested into reality.

Hey I had the same problem, actually we all will experience this problem, unless you are an expert in meditation…

But if you are a common folk person like me…then focus is what you have to work on to get maximum benefit from self hypnosis.

Now…let me make this clear, reading Jey-Z deep explanation makes me take the initiative to let everyone know, including you Virgo, that I am not an expert, but have had my own personal success.

Ok…now that I made that clear.

Let me explain how I increased my focus.

First you will need to find a nice quiet place. A place where you will not be bothered by anyone at all. This is very important. If you can not find a quiet place, it will be difficult for you to increase your focus.

Now that you have found a quiet place…

Sit in a chair upright…

Now in your mind think nothing…

Now you will find it at first difficult to do…but with practice it will become easy.

Try this for about 10 to 15 minutes a day.

Still the mind with no thoughts…almost becoming statue like, then you will go into a like trance, now when you are in this trance, you must still continue the no thought mind state…then you will go still deeper, just advance in a nothingness state of mind.

Now after two or three weeks, you should be really good at it.

Now apply this ability to listening to your self hypnosis mp3 and allow the guided voice to do the rest while you focus and believe it is working, keep in mind you will have to keep your mind focus for about an hour, which is the length of the hypnosis session.

This is what I did to make it work for me.

I am getting some change in color…at first the whole sit for a session every day for an hour was intimidating.

But I knew if I wanted the change then I would have to follow the instructions down to the last minute details!

I heard someone say you don’t need hypnosis to change your eye color. I know this is possible without hypnosis, but to be honest with you, if you aren’t some super mind power freak, then get the hypnosis, because it does help.

I’ve been using it for only a short period of time and I can see changes. I also feel different too!

I just wish there was an easier way to change my eye color, surgery is not an option!

There’s no doubt that hypnosis can be of tremendous value to people in so many areas of life. Indeed, the speed of life has increased to such a degree, that relaxation is almost a forgotten word. But it doesn’t have to be.

The whole point of hypnosis is implanting positive ideas into the subconscious in order to rid yourself of negative thoughts that may have been demonizing your life for years.

First of all, try this little experiment. Resolve that when you heave yourself out of bed tomorrow morning, the only thoughts you’re going to allow to enter your mind will be positive ones.

Now this is going to take considerable discipline, and I’d suggest you choose a day that you’re pretty sure is going to be as trouble-free as possible.

If you drive to work and inadvertantly cut someone off, and he or she gives you the bird, apologize. Obviously, you can’t stop the car and the rest of the traffic, rush to their car and prostrate yourself on the hood. In any case, they’d probably think you’re unhinged and are going to attack them.

But at least you can say sorry to yourself on their behalf. Don’t be tempted to reply by giving like for like. If on foot and someone cannons into you, please don’t turn round and deck him. Shrug it off. After all, his mind may be in a turmoil.

Try to avoid any negative people at work. This isn’t easy, I know, but try. If you do have to listen to their complaints, moans and groans, try to free your mind so that it flies to another place, a place of calm.

Be grateful for what you have. You have a job, perhaps a car, a house or apartment, clothes to wear, enough money to buy food and perhaps little luxuries. If you’re reading this, then you have a computer, electricity to power your home, so really you’re not doing too badly. There are millions of people in the world who have nothing.

If your boss snaps at you, it almost certainly isn’t your fault. He may have had a row with his wife before leaving home. He probably has a number of business worries that you don’t have to consider. So again, shrug it off. Just be grateful that you don’t have to put up with what he does.

Aim for contentment. There’s a subtle difference between that and being happy. Happiness tends to be a fleeting emotion. The I.R.S. sends you a cheque for $1,000.00. This makes you happy. With this money, you may buy a few things which will make you even happier. But the feeling is relatively fleeting.

If on the other hand, and preferably through your own efforts, you earn a few million dollars, then you have the freedom to do as you like. You may have a particular hobby that you’ve always wanted to pursue. Something you love doing. Now you’re able to do so.

In this way, hopefully, you may find contentment. On the other hand, you may be a deeply religious person who wishes to enter a monastery or convent. Money is of no concern to you, but the contemplative life appeals to you most strongly. There, you may well find contentment. A quiet satisfaction, doing something you love, while at the same time you feel you’re benefiting mankind.

So how did the day go? Did you allow negative thoughts to cross your mind, or were you positive at all times? If the latter, how do you feel now? Are you still positive? I’m sure that if you kept up your positivity all day, then you certainly feel a sense of accomplishment. It isn’t easy, is it?

But if you’ve truly managed to master the negative, try it again tomorrow. Think how much better you’ll feel tomorrow, too.

Occasionally, you see something good on television. There was one segment I saw where this lady was receiving an award after 40 years faithful service. One of the people with whom she worked was interviewed, and this other lady told the interviewer that the one receiving the award thoroughly deserved it because she’d never been known to be unhappy.

She was always happy and always ready to cheer someone up if they were going through a bad patch.

“She always seems so content,” this co-worker said.

Yes, I’ll bet she was and that’s what we should all aim for. Help someone if they’re down, but don’t allow them to drag you down.

Hypnosis will allow you to learn so many things about yourself, about how to acquire the things you want and rest snug and secure in the blanket of contentment.

I check this site atleast 3 times a day, except for the weekends…when I’m not at work…yes…I’m at work right now! LOL

I am getting ready to join a gym and start excersing again. Yeah, I used to and just got laid back I guess…

Yes, I am getting better at this! Now everytime I sit to do a session, I say to myself I love this session, in other words, I’ve changed my attitude to one that will help me get better results!

Well anyway, I’ve now managed to change from one shade to the next and it appears to have stop getting lighter…but I know I can get it to get a little lighter if I just keep trying harder and harder, until it become effortless!

I’ve been doing sooo much research on this, it’s not funny!

I love it!

as a hypnotist i will say that you can change your eye color with hypnosis but since eye color is based on a certain pigment that you have in your eyes it can only be took so far weather it be going darking with the color you have or going to a lighter shade.

@ joel i have said it before that eyes have only brown pigments its the amout of pigments that forms the color.so it can be changed completely.

@ mega every night before i go to sleep i listen to some relaxing songs and try to put myself in hipnosis state.then imagine my eyes changing and all that.its easier for me to relax this way cause the hipnosis script is soo boring.today i noticed that i can see the difference between the black hole in the center of my eyes(whatever they call them)and my iris easier.but thats all.unfortunatly i dont a very strong belief so maybe thats why i cant get this to work.i mean i KNOW that it works for certain but i cant get myself to expect the change.i have been let down so many times since i started using this that i just cant imagine success anymore.i cant get rid of my negetive thoughts.what do i do?please please help.

You are absolutely right! The brown pigment of the eye can be changed and that is what makes up the color of the eye.

I use hypnosis as a tool and my mind is the engine while my faith, belief is the fuel, and God is the source…no not God of religion, but God who created everything.

Now when I start my session, I would go into my room and close the door. Before I close the door, I put my do not disturb sign on the door and when my kids see this on the door, they know not to bother daddy!

I use headphones when I listen to my hypnosis session, in my opinion, this is the best way to use it, because the self hypnosis session has binaural beats technology in the background, this helps put you into the hypnotic state you need to be in…

I prefer to sit upright in a chair, some people lay down, it’s what ever you prefer.

Before I start listening to the self hypnosis session, I give myself a mental warm up first by visualizing my results and believing in my inner ability to make this change happen.

Then I start the session…I hang on ever word while believing it is working; seeing the visual journey within my mind.

It’s kind of hard to explain this trance like state if you haven’t experienced it for yourself, but when you are in this state, your subconscious mind become impressionable.

This is where the beauty of this magic takes place!

I just purchased this mp3 for change your eye color hypnosis. Everything went well as far as transactiona and download, but my question is how long does it take to really get results. I read all the comments here some people say it do not work and some people say they can only change dark to light and some say they completely change the whole color. I want this too for me which is to change my eye color…I have gray eyes and I want them to be baby blue. I know this session is only for one hour, this is very long, by the way, but I suppose that this is neccessary because of the time it takes for the mind to go into altered states maybe? I don’t know for sure…but I have planned this for my life and will dedicate 1 hour each day until I complete this color change. I noticed that another person just like me have purchased this mp3 and wishes to know if this is able to happen for real. I know I can do it, I will do it, but please give me good advice, please. wow! you people say you have seen people change from one color to the next as a hypnotist im amazed with that.. i dont see how they did it i wish there was testimonies with evidence.. but who knows but i know that eyes have different pigments in them but blue eyes green and brown all have the same pigment melanin with blue being the least and brown with the most i can see if someone change change their eyes from green to brown or from brown to blue or vise versa but for example if someone has blue eyes and that person wants amber eyes.. amber eyes are the most rarest eye color.. amber eyes are made from a pigment called lipochrome.. if your eyes have melanin then your body dont have lipochrome so i cant see how you body can produce lipochrome if your body dont have it. not only that but eye color is also because of the receptors in the eye and the way the eyes process the light that hits them, everyone has there own different receptors depending on the genetic, now dont get me wrong im not saying that its impossible or no one has changed form one color to the next cause i know how strong the mind is if you use it right.

I personally know Dr. who had patients who were giving a certain amount of time to live and beat it, because they were healed of their disease! Can you believe that! One minute you have a disease and the next minute you don’t, and the most credible person who witnessed it is the Dr. who stated they would die…but the human spirit and mind, through mind caused a changed, that still humans cannot get a strong grip on…

Therefore, it is possible for the body to produce and eliminate cells through desire and mind power.

Now as for those who have changed their eye color completely, on this board is few…it is soo much easier to increase and decrease the melanin than it is, in my opinion, to change the whole eye color, but nevertheless, IT CAN BE DONE!!!

Can you change your eye color without a hypnotist or mp3 session, of course, if you know how to do it!

Can a hypno-therapist help me change my eye color…my answer is yes…if you are receptible person and the hypno-therapist a good one!

Problem is, most people cannot afford a hypno-therapist…but the mp3 hypnos session is the best solution.

You can do it anywhere from the comfort of your own home!

IF you have gotten resutls from this like i have but it was only little results can you still keep listening to it and getting more and more results until the eyes are the color you want them cause i my eyes are green and i going for coco brown but my eys are getting darker and darker their almost at light coco brown or does it stiop after you get your first resutls or the same with any hypnosis.

I will let you know now you will need a lot of focus and will power. It is possible, some have stated here on this board they have made a complete change of eye color. I myself have only been able to lighten my dark brown eyes to light brown eyes…which is really easy for the average joe to do with a little determination and will power.

well i will admit i have been on both sides of the fence with this product some days i believe so much that i can change my eye color after just 1 time of listeing to it some days i just wanna throw it in the trash because my eyes were light green and now dark green but im hopeing to get them brown light coco brown im worried that your results stop after your first time getting resutls, and i purchased this mp3 here but i got it back in january and my status here is not really i just wright on the wall once in a while. and when you talk about will power what exactly do you mean will power does that mean im supposed to be doing something besides listeing to the hypnosis?

Will power is nothing more than directing your power from within to accomplish a desired task.

Now will power comes in its many forms and degrees.

It’s kind of like this without getting into all this scientific jargon and details.

It starts with a thought, this thought is birthed by a desire, then the will is acted upon, making that which is desired to happen, or manifest.

Thoughts, desires, and will power are all different parts, but act as one unit.

Again, as mention, this has its many forms and degrees, but when you understand its basic structure, you can then observe this in reality, each and every day, not only in your life, but in the life of others, who either know how to use this, or are just existing, and the results thereof are the results of their thinking.

If I understand you correctly…

You will have to ACT UPON the THOUGHT from your DESIRE and this in turn will help you MANIFEST it into reality.

You have to act upon your thoughts…if you just think about getting up or standing up, but never physically get up or stand up, then you are not acting upon the thought of getting up or standing up.

There is nothing mystical about this. Do not allow erronous perception to distort this simple, but yet powerful truth.

Umm.. why would you havt to act upon it.. how did you manage to change your eye color what did you do to act upon the desire you wanted??. if you saying to me i havt to think of my brown eyes that i desire and then act upon it i dont see many ways to act upon my desire for brown eyes well i can go buy contacts or get expensive surgery but i thought the hypnosis was going to change your eye color not you yourself. FORMULA: thought+desire=manifest

If you are going to use hypnosis mp3 for a desired change, you cannot just listen to the mp3 passively, while listening do something else, or even allow your mind to wander every where!

THIS WILL NULLIFY YOUR RESULTS, WHICH MEANS NO REAL CONCENTRATED EFFORT ON YOUR PART, NO GO!

Your whole mental faculty has to be involved, while under hypnosis, INCLUDING FAITH or BELIEF (same thing).

The act upon, is you doing all of the requirements needed to make this change. The best part about being under hypnosis is that you can act upon, while you are in the hypnosis trance, such as stepping onto the slabs.

If you have owned the CD for about 3 months and have just been listening to them, without really putting your faith into it and acting as if its already done, then you will continue to meet the challenges you now face with using this hypnosis mp3 or CD!

oh i see i am confused sorry… i new i was right in the begining about how to use it but i just read you wrong lol i should have my brown eyes i desire soon cause my eyes are dark green and were like a really light green as of right now the results i have i dont really like i was hopeing they will turn brown first results but if results comes in little parts here and there i guess i can keep altering the melanin levels until they turn brown cause brown eyes have the highest melanin levels.

It is very easy for anyone to get confuse. You on the other hand did not follow your intuition when you were prompted by it. For what ever reason you did not…sorry to rub it in.

It is only amazing when you realize that your own intuition has lead you back to this conclusion digitally via internet via mind of other intuitive revealer…lol…this is how it all happens when you discerne with the spiritual mind.

PROZ, you mentioned the melanin levels…you are right on point here. I’ve used affirmation morning and night, constantantly saying to my self: “My melanin is at the desired level to give me the desired color (name of color)!”

Now when I listen to the self hypnosis, I purely focus on the session, the above affirmation would be working for me sub-conciously.

Now after the hypnosis session…I would try to recall the experience as much as possible, why?, because I want my memory to help impress my conscious mind of the experience further more tranining my sub-concious mind accordingly.

It will now be a matter of time until you have perfected this and the desired results achieved by you via use of self-hypnosis.

The mind is really a wonderful thing to be in possesion of and a very terrible thing to waste.

Make good use of this opportunity PROZ and become successful at this and grow into using this as a tool and progress forward and you shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water bringing forth your fruit in your season and your leaf shall not wither!

I live in Georgia. I am a single mother with a lot of time on her hands! LOL

I thought it would be neat to change my I color without contacts, which lead me here to this self-hypnosis. Funny thing is I’ve always been facinated by the use of the mind.

I want to change from brown to kind of greenish brown. My daughter has that kind of eyes and I thought it would be cute to have matching pairs or close to it…she has her father’s eyes, which I loved from the very first day I met him…now the daughter he left me with has them! Life is too funny!

Now I am here with a curiosity of purchasing this product from this site, but I don’t want to waste my time and money.

But what you have been writing here is so on point and makes alot of sense. LOL…now while I’m typing this I looking at your last post here to Oscar and Rose, guess you will say to me the same thing! LOL

while im doing my eye color hypnosis i did it this morning and when im listening to it on my mp3 its really hard for me to picture all these things because at the same time there is something elese in the back of my mind im thinking about while im trying to visualize what the recording is telling me like stone slabs, the numbers on the stone slabs and at the end of the stone slabs a bright white light. Its hard to visualize where the stone slabs are in at in the first place besides just floating somewhere in the air i can picture being outside and still something will come to my mind about the ouside it might wander to a tree or somthing about being outside or anything when i picture the seen with it will this hurt or delay resutls cause its very hard for me not to think of anything while the recording is telling me to visualize this and that can this delay results?

At first it seems hard, because your mind will go here and go there, and you may not have a good visual of what is happening.

This is very common among users.

Visualization and concentration are key components in having a successful session.

What I suggest you do, is give the session a run, learn the process the hypnotist takes you through.

When, it comes to visualizing the scene, allow your inner intuition to do it for you…once the scene comes into your mind’s eye while you are listening, if it is a scene that corresponds with what the hypnostist is saying then, repeat this same scene if possible the next session.

REPETITION IS IMPORTANT TOO!!!

I play the same scene over and over again, until it almost seems real!

If you have 30 self hypno sessions, all 30 were different, in terms of scenes during the session, most likely you will get, either small or no results.

Now if you use the same scenes over and over again, and you use your mind power believing it is real, then you are highly likely to get the results you desire.

During the hypno session, its important that you take advantage of all your mental faculties the right way in order to get the right results.

Hypnosis MP3 or the CD are only tools vehicles to use…

Just like a car…if you own one, it doesn’t prove you know how to drive. More importantly, it is very well possible to own a car, and know nothing about how it works, such as the engine and everything else that makes a car a car!

With this hypnosis session, in order to take advantage of it, you will need to use it the way it was intended to be used…anything less will result in utter failure.

Take it from someone who has been there…

ok i see now thats what i wanted every time i visualize the stone slabs they are always in a different scence every hyno session like sometimes i visualize them floating in the air sometimes i visualize them being outside on a grass field and ive also visualize them sometimes near a waterfall one time all these things come to my mind at onece when it says visualize stone slabs and then he says with numbers on them bathed in white light at the end of the stone slabs i think this is why i dont have the brown eyes i desire but i went from very light green to regular green my eyes are like a grass green now and i dont really like it because i dont like the color green in the first place i pray to god i can get them to brown eyes i have enough faith i just need to meditate me with in i do it day and night to get my eyes brown and i wont stop until they are brown.

Why do you want your eye color red the only people who have red eyes are albino people because they have no pigment in their body and the iris isnt red the iris is clear and you can see the blood in them behind the iris of the eyes thats why they are red cause the iris has no pigment at all im not going to tell you its impossible but be carefull what you visualize yourself cause ive heard of rumers after people changeing their eye color with hypnosis their hair kinda changes color becuase your either telling your subconcious to raise or lower melanin levels in your body depending on what you visualize your brain can tell the body to raise melanin like im doing i went from light green to dark green and im trying to get to coco brown eyes to match my brown beard.

@ bella the law of attraction can relate to this in a way have you read the book the genie in our genes or the secret hypnosis is made to retrain thoughts when you retrain thoughts you retrain the subconsious mind witch is in controll of the cells of our body.. my wife orderd the straighten curly hair hypnosis and she always asking questions how am i going to get results from this i tell her this, you will never get results because you are to focused on the (how) the how is the domain of the universe and if you pant a seed nurished it with the right water if will sprout but when you add frequecy like it was talking about on your link aka emotions to it thats like giveing your seed ferdiliser and it will manifest even faster but its hard for people and even me sometimes because we are to focused on our current reallity of things its hard to get in that frequency when something you really want you dont really have.. this like on youtube will help i foud this video. it will help you to show how to get results with hypnosis any results with any hypnosis not just chageing eye color.

another good tip i used and anyone can used is go on google images type in brown eyes green eyes blue eyes amber eyes or whatever color you want print about 2 of them out and put one in your walet and put one on your wall make sure they are in color though so when you wake up you see it and when you look it you walet your always reminding yourself and when you go in your room look at them pictures so when you do your hypnosis sessions you can better visualize the eye color you really want cause for some its really hard to see the color in your mind if your wanting a really rare eye color. my eyes are almost brownvery dark green and getting greener soon brown.

actually im trying biokinesis and every minute of the day i pretend my eyes are blue and think about it a lot.its been 1 day and no results yet but ive heard that it may change after the genes are changed completely so now my dna is probably changing.in a site 2 peaple had said they changed their eye color in 3 days i mean isnt it amazing? i also read someone elses comment in another site that said it took her a month.(there was also sth about sb going blind while trying this but i just try to ignore that one…!)

Yes…biokinesis is another safe alternative.

From the sound of it, you’re doing pretty well!

For those who maybe new and is wonder what is biokinesis, biokinesis is the use of kinetic energy to rearrange, or control genes inside of the body, and Psionc (PSI) means abnormal psychic power or abilities.

It is very possible to genetically reprogram yourself.

Meditate for about half an hour. Once you’ve reached a meditative state of relaxation, Start letting your psi flow through you. Create a small needle of energy in your body. Make it very thin and sharp.

Now visualize your genes flowing through your body in small tubes. Tell the needle in your mind it’s purpose and what it is you want to change in your genes.

Use will power to send the needle of psi piercing in to the gene stream. It’s very important that you use psi to cover the hole made, otherwise, you’ll start ot loose the character that made you who you are.

Once the needle is in, let it form back in to a small mass of psi and drift in your genes until it dissolves.

At this point, you can “wake up” out of the meditation and continue your day as usual. Walk around with the thought “I am (what you wanted to change)” in your head all day. Keep that attitude.

After about a week, you will start to see, and feel results.

Don’t play with this, it is very dangerous and should only be attempted by an experienced psi or ki practitioner.

its comeing really soon if i look closey my eyes are darker and darker im exited when i woke up this morning i seen they almost look brown from a distance when i looked in the mirror my wife is flipig over it lol they are like 25% away from being brown but right now really really dark green about to turn brown i just got to keep riseing the melanin in them until they turn brown i not going for a dark brown but a light choclate brown color like coco brown.

hypnosis can be used to changed eye color in a way but since hypnosis is not going to give you a 100% drastic change no hypnosis no matter what your useing it for will give you 100% drastic change results so only expect a lighter or darker shade iris with the eye color you have at the most hypnosis is a great tool but only limited results come from hypnosis.

You can change your eye 100% and you cannot…this is determined by ones faith and ability. If a person believe he can not change his eye color, but believes he can lighten or darken it, then this is true for that person. Now if a person believe he or she can go beyond lighten and darken and change whole eye color, this is accomplished through faith according to his or her own faith. If they believe nothing will happen this is also true.

What’s the difference between a good driver adn bad driver? Do they not both drive? Through observation you can determine who is a good driver and who is a bad driver.

ive used biokinesis for 3 nights now and the all 3 days i was pretending and feeloing that i have blue eyes.now i think my eyes arent changed but im not sure,i mean i cant tell weather my eyes are changed or not(funny).i read in a site that someone said she had done the biokinesis and thout about her eye color for a couple of days but her eyes had changed after 3 weeks.do you think its possible that my eyes change after my genes are changed completely?i mean we are all phisically different so it could work in different ways hah?

@ PROZ tnx for the information.theres an easier biokinesis method too.im using that one not the needle.i really cant stand hipnosis.biokinesis isnt that different from hipnosis.when i lesson to my hipnosis script i rarely reach that half sleep level but using biokinesis i always do that very well.i mean we all use mind power but in different ways depending on our personality
.btw i decided to imagine a light brown cause its easier for me to imagine that.once i get it,it would be easier to go for any other color.

i showed this to a hypnotist today and she even said this could only be taken to a certain limit weather darken your eyes or lighten them cause peoples eyes have different pigments weired i dont know why everyone says this even hypnotists.

to answer your question yes it can and no it cant i know this is confusing to hear at first but bear with me it all depends on the mind power and subconcious if you are fully agreed that your eyes will change from dark brown to grey then yes it will change your eyes to that color just as it has for those who exersied their minds to manifest the change they need but if you have conflicting ideas douts and desires then your subconcious will not let this happen kevi i hope this helped and good luck.

I am khmer and all my family has dark eyes. I have brown, but what’s interesting is my brothers eyes. They very light hazel. You can see them from 15 feet away.

You can change your eye color, the only thing you need is to have a pure imagination of your desired eye color and how you look with it. If it’s extremely fictional to your mind and looks beyond real then it won’t work. I think you can’t just simply believe the color, you need the image of the color on your eyes and it needs to look natural and real. And artists don’t just randomly blend brown then grey on a palette. They start from lighter shades of brown until eventually on the scheme of a new color.

Very inspiring, Khmer/Vichet. I think it helps if the color is in your genes, as I have blue/green eyes in my genes. A large amount of my family members have light eyes, and my sister grey eyes, so I figure it’s possible. Now, I’ll update with me. I’ve noticed today when I put my eye up to a light, my eyes have rings in them that weren’t there before I started when I did that. They’re light green. I’m really quite excited.

dr. told me that i would never walk they were wrong…they said I had 8 months to live and i lived 10x’s longer…all dr. are different…some beleive some don’t…they are human just like yu and me. it is very much possible to change your eye colors…not everyone can do this. good luck to all who try…you can do it if you beleive you can and don’t let anyone stop you or destroy your confidence!

to be honest with you the pirates wont work because in the hypnosis they embed the saying if you have recieve this hypnosis from :whatever the name of the company is: IT WILL NOT WORK FOR YOU…please purchase a legal copy…true enough this keeps it from working for you…genius huh? well anyway, i purchased mine and it works perfectly for me…it sucks that they would put that message in there…it forced me to buy it, but I am glad i did, becuase i enjoy it n it worked for me!

hey christian glad you are having success. I am having success too. I just may open up an account to post my results. i wonder if the owner of the site can post here on my behalf. i have had great success with this hypnosis mp3. i also use it with a light and sound machine for better results but i can get same results without the light and sound machine. its all about what your mind can concieve as true, then your subconscious mind do the rest. there is no magic about this, only your belief. jesus told a women who had an issue of blood for 12 years that her faith made her whole and not him, because she believed if she would touch the helm of his garmet then she will be healed. She told her conscious mind this, and her subconscious did the rest!
So if you want this mp3 to work, get a legal copy, because your conscious mind knows if your got it legal or not, then it will send this same info to your subconscious mind…the recording it self says if you have recieved this mp3 from anywhere else, it is a violation…you now be the judge! every mp3 i own is legal and i am doing great with them!

My name is Oscar. I do want to change my eye color. I must say that I am very skeptical about all of this. I took my time to read all of the comments posted here. I must say, some people are saying some things that I need to see proof for. I work for target here in Florida. I have natural dark eyes and I am currently wearing contacts, which are hazel brown. I want to change my eye color to hazel brown without the surgery or contacts. I am willing to try this out, but I am very skeptical about all of this. Hypnosis may work for other things, but can it work for changing my color? This is my road block!

I will give it a try…nothing tried nothing gain is what my dad always says to me, but I don’t want to waste my time, not soo much about wasting money…money is nothing and I have that in abundance…I just don’t have time in an abundance!

Thank you ! I am glad for you too! Indeed it is so. But the whole concept is that what you believe and conceive is true will be true. My point is, that it is nice to support makers of this hypnosis, but it does not really matter whether you bought it or not, because if you think it will not work because you did not buy it it will be true, as well as if you think no matter how I got it, It is still true. Both ways you are right. That’s the point, but no matter what, I think you should support these guys, because they did good job.

I dont think there is a pigment that can make white eyes eye color is based on the pigments you have eye colors blue green and brown are different levels of melanin blue being the lowest and brown being the highest there is also lipochrome which people have that make amber eyes you can alternate the levels of melanin but if you really truly absoulotly believe that your eyes will turn whit yes they will but if i was you i would stick with alternating the melanin levels until you get the color you want and white eyes no one has them and is not a eye color red is a eye color amoung albinos not because they iris is red but because albinos have no pigment in the iris at all and you can see the blood behind them so best wishes if you want you eyes to be white i hope they do turn white.

That’s nice to hear that you think that your eyes are violet. I can picture myself with gray eyes more so than with brown because I have been listening to audio subliminal. My eyes are naturally dark brown. Also, I created a Flash track for this change, for visual stimulation. I do find it has a more profound effect.

I have made with photoshop most of my pictures, my face with violet eyes. And I have one as a background in my laptop to see myself with the violet eyes every day all day. I know how to change with photoshop the eye color and look naturally so my conscious will not be judgemental with the image so my subconscious will accept it easier.I recommend to everyone to do that.

I also created a psd file, using my image. I cropped the eye area and copy and pasted someone else irises over my brown irises. I adjusted that color perfectly. I took that file and imported into Flash. I then created a dozen affirmations. The images flashes after every affirmation. I listen for about 1/2 hour.

That seems to work. I like playing instrumental at high tone. After the session, I look up my eyes feel like they are sparkling with that color. Gray is transparent, see straight through them. Dark Brown are opaque. I also listen to subliminals while sleeping. There’s no way my subconscious to not know what I want. Once the subconscious is altered, it shows up in the conscious. We must find a way to “get into the shell, deeper.”

@ wavy hair, sounds awesome! Every day I came to this realization and when i see myself with the brown eyes seems odd now. Like in my subconscious there is already the image of me having violet eyes and that’s the real image of me. Keep it positive even if it takes more than a month to change your eye color. Let your body adjust to the new information as long as it wants. The change will happen sooner or later.

I listened to it 4 times total. When listening to it, I felt as if I was floating: Too relaxed maybe? After the session, my eyes blink rapidly like my mind was processing…Weird.

Have other thoughts entered your head during the session? Most of what I visualized was eye color but stray thoughts entered.

I think relaxing affect the course of the session. more and relax more deeply, the better the results obtained.

I haven’t gotten a change of eye color yet. They are still a dark brown. Its seems like you process is progressing because green is an intermediate color between blue and brown. The more melanin you pull out, the more yellow/amber, hazel, green your eyes become. They are lighter!

Though the day, I instantly believe my eyes are gray. Its like a my eyes are glistening, like glass. I’ve the flashing photo trick but decided to re-visit the mp3. I blinked harder when viewing the photos and text.

I listened to it today after the session, I feel asleep.

Did you feel tingling around the eyes?

Hei! My eyes have light brown ring over the pupil, also very very light brown lines. Rest of the eye is light blue or grey. And over the iris darker blue line.

Then I used Xalatan for 3 weeks in one eye, becouse i have glaucoma. It made my eye greener and little bit darker. And the blue ring over the iris dissapeared.

After i stopped using Xalatan my mindset was wrong. It was very weird to look myself in the mirror and i was very angry and sad. I thought all the time that my one eye is darker than the other. And unfortunately one eye went darker, although i didnt use xalatan anymore.

Now i changed my thinking I think my eyecolor go back like it used to be. I also use this hypnosis. Hopefully it wil work, becouse i really liked my eyecolor before

I have been trying my ‘homemade’ hypnosis trick. I when relax myself, I picture myself in the mirror with the desired color (gray). I picture myself looking at myself as if another person where to look at me. I love it when its done in natural light. When I try to picture myself having brown eyes, I can seem to get it through, it will automatically switch gray. Like my subconscious mind saying no dear, your eyes are gray.:D Subconscious effects behavior. I do have that same CD though. Its hard to me lie and listen for 40 minutes.

How long did it take to see the first result?
Hazel was the end result, the desired color.

No, I can’t say that my eyes have really changed. I am expecting a gray ring to form in the out part of the iris. I do feel a sensation around my eye area. I assume a they gotten one subtle shade lighter. I guess in order to get to gray, I’ll to go through the phases of have brown, light brown, hazel, green, finally gray/blue eyes…?

When I listen to the CD, my mind wanders. I feel like I am not still enough, relaxed enough. Listen to the commands. Didn’t feel any tingling in my navel though.

The New Color Iris procedure is dangerous. They do look un-natural.

I have purchased the mp3 version.I ve listened to it for several times now and just cant make it throught it-I fall alseep even if i am not sleepy at all and it is always almost when I am half through. It’s like someone turnes off the switch that i am connected to and then turnes it on again right before the session ends or a little after that. Is that normal? So, i still dont know what does it say after twenty mins of it I was about to give up on it, but then this last time i got interrupted and had to open my eyes and stop the session.When i did my eyes felt weird, like if they didn’t belong to me, like if they were disturbed in the middle of something and needed some time to get back to their normal. And they weren’t sleepy at all, and i could practically feel my eyeballs without touching them…Anyways, that made me think that my mind is still doing the job even if my body fails and makes me go to sleep. Really, that feeling i expeienced in my eyes is why i decided to keep going. lets see what comes out of it. I wonder if previous bloggers had any success. It’d be nice if you guys could share!!!

Ok I’m back, its been more than a year tryin this mp3 hynosis and I gav it a little more faith and I kan honestly say that my eye kolor went from real dark brown(because no one has real black eyes, they’re jus really really dark brown) to a nice light brown eyes I kan literally see my dark pupil, I’m talkin about the center dot of my eye while the surroundin which I think is kalled the iris is now light brown like I mean really light.. I do have tingling through out the day. Parts of the day, I think on how that area feels, like there’s a change happening. I don’t have to force it just comes naturally. Today, I looked in the mirror and was thinking that working, the tingling and I even dreamed about it after my first session.

I get so relaxed, floating feeling, heavy chess, and body tingling during my sessions.

It’s my experience that a person doesn’t need to ‘believe’ in order for programs like this and self hypnosis, etc. to work, specifically because they’re all about re-programming the subconscious mind to change the things we want changed, just like re-programming a computer. Hold that thought for a minute.

The subconscious mind doesn’t operate on something as vague and ‘wafty’ as ‘beliefs’ – those things are subjective and not ‘hard code’ recognized by the subconscious (or a computer, for that matter)…and that might explain why people exhaust themselves – and give up – trying to ‘feel’ an associated emotion with their affirmations or any other program.

In my experience, the subconscious mind acts purely upon repetitious instructions received from us, be those instructions mental imagery or affirmations or whatever else takes your fancy. It’s repetition, not belief, that kicks the subconscious mind into action.

Whether we ‘believe’ the instructions we give them or not, is entirely up to us and has no bearing on the end result.

Back to computers: they don’t respond our ‘beliefs’ as to whether or not they’re capable of performing any particular action related to them. They respond to cold, hard, repetitious code, despite our limited beliefs about their capacity. Furthermore, a computer responds to the same, repeated code of instructions every single day for the life of the computer.

Our subconscious mind is, in a simplistic nutshell, the same. It receives our ‘cold, hard, code’ of instructions all day, every day, whether we can conjure up ‘feelings’ or ‘beliefs’ or not.

We don’t have to ‘believe’ that our heart will beat for the subconscious ‘computer’ to keep it beating, or for it to keep our every organ functioning; it just does. It’s a fact. Illness is an instruction received, just as restoration to perfect health is an instruction received.

Sometimes I think we unintentionally try to complicate what’s basically a very simple process.

You don’t need to believe in a process for it to work; for some, it might take a little longer than others to see results, but the bottom line is perseverance and repetition. That’s the key…and the results WILL come.

Hey ya, Heavensent! I never recommend to anyone to go for red, pink nor any shade of purple as they are associated with albinism which has various complications, potentially leading to blindness, even if it is beautiful. (Albinism is beautiful, but hazardous in many ways.) How about a lovely shade of blue, as in not losing too much of your pigmentation?

I do my techniques in the early hours of the morning, ideal is 3-4am, as it is a time when many angels are about us and can help in our endeavors. Results are very faith-based, of course. I do not use the hypnosis technique, but other methods, such as visualizing being dunked into a pool of Heavenly water that heals the aspects of myself I want healed. I want red wine hair and sea green eyes, and the other night I looked in alarm at my reflection in the mirror – like, “Whoa! Who’s the gorgeous green-eyed redhead?” (Having started with blackish hair and green-brown eyes). There is still some progress to be made, but I will do this for however long it takes.

When you start the technique you choose, remember not to get negative in any way. No negative comments, everything positive. Also, absorb Heavenly love into your system and expel feelings of hatred and negativity. Remind yourself that you love everything about yourself so much and that is why you want everything of the best for yourself. Please forget the purple – and blessings back at’cha! Cassiel
